The institute imparts education and knowledge in the field of Engineering, Management, Hospitality, Fashion and Film.
Shri Sunil Rane believes that the growth of a nation depends on the growth of the various sections of its society. This noble thought has lead to the formation of ATHARVA FOUNDATION. The Atharva Foundation aims to look after the not-so-privileged sections of our society. The foundation aims to bring about a positive change in the lives of the less fortunate people of India.
What do we do?
Our aim is to impart education and training to women, children and youth so that they can live a self-reliant life of dignity and respect.
How can you Help Us?
Ready to help?
Why are so many children working at such an early age and not in school?
Why do women always have to be ill treated and considered as a burden?
Why aren’t the families of those who have lost their lives for us ever thanked?
Why is the future of our nation (our children) not supported to make us proud internationally with their talents and efforts in Sports?
Why do we always have to wait for support from our government?
Why can't we bring the change?
To teach those who can't afford education.
To promote cleanliness and sanitation in the slum areas.
To make women strong to be able to live their lives without being dependent.
To celebrate various events like ‘Environmental Day’, ‘Children's Day’ Women’s Day etc with those for whom material things mean nothing and love is all what they look for And at last, to spread ‘Smiles’

Girl Child Education in Rural Regions of India
"EDUCATE A MAN AND YOU EDUCATE ONE PERSON, EDUCATE A WOMAN, YOU EDUCATE A COMPLETE FAMILY"
Right to education is a civil and political right similar to economic, cultural and social right. Reports estimate that more than 50% of girls in India do not enjoy this right to education and those who do are likely to drop out by the age of 12.
Lack of education denies the girl child, the knowledge and abilities needed to improve their position in society. Education empowers the child to realise her potential, to think, to understand, to question, to develop civic sense, to be responsible and to take independent decisions.
Girl Child Education in Rural Regions of India
1 in every 11 children in India is working, when they should be at school
17.7 million children and adolescents are out of school in India, this is 14% of world's population of children out of school
20% of grade 2 children in India cannot recognize numbers 1-9; 53% of children drop out of school at elementary level
The World Bank has acknowledged that there is no investment more effective for achieving the millennium development goals than educating girls."According to the World Bank, some of the benefits associated with girls' education include reduction of child and maternal mortality, improvement of child nutrition and health, lower fertility rates and improvement in economic production".
Help Families of Martyrs
Indian Army is home to some of the bravest men in the world. Indian army is world’s third largest and its soldiers are considered best in high altitude battles. The Indian Army guards one of the most notorious international borders. Indian northern border behaves like a battle-field all around the year. But, thank the gods & the Indian soldiers, you can safely read this post. No one deserves the title of a 'hero' more than a soldier. These brave men give their lives for the nation and are often the unsung heroes. We at Atharva Foundation,Plan to provide Education and sports funds to martyrs families, so that their children and families should take advantage from this financial help for their better future.
Women Empowerment
47% of the women in India are married when they are a child (before the age of 18), and 30% bear a child when they are a child (adolescent mothers)"- This above mentioned fact is indeed a cause of worry.
We at Atharva Foundation have recognised and realised the fact that gender bias and discrimination against women is still a powerful negative force in significant percentages of our Indian population.
Women need to be empowered by thought, by conviction, by action. That is the path of great change. We aim to bring about this change in the lives of those Indian women who do not get their rights.
Women empowerment refers to improving the social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure equal-right to women, and to make them confident enough to claim their rights. Atharva Foundation will work towards the upliftment of the less fortunate women in our country.
47% of the women in India are married when they are a child (before the age of 18), and 30% bear a child when they are a child (adolescent mothers)
According to UNDP Human Development Report (2014), 88% of pregnant women (age 15-49) were found to be anemic. India has a dangerously imbalanced sex ratio, the chief reason being female infanticides and sex-selective abortions. According to UNICEF’s “State of the World’s Children - 2014” report, 47% of India's women aged 20–24 were married before the legal age of 18 and 18% of India’s girl children are married before the age of 15.

Sports(Helping sportsmen in going forward with their goal of competing)
Ignorance is one of the main reasons why Indian sports scene is not in the best of situations. We at Atharva Foundation aim to improve the conditions of sports and we will bring about awareness and interest at the grass roots level.
We need our kids to know about more sports and decide which one they want to opt for.Providing the right kind of support to our sportsmen will make them more competitive and this will help India to shine world wide in the sports field.
